We are looking to add a Commercial Lines Accounts Manager to our winning team!

What will be your role?*

Deliver quality customer service to insureds and agents
Daily work with multiple insurance carriers and Underwriters
Training, overseeing, and ensuring compliance of non-licensed remote support staff
Consistent and accurate adherence to standard operating procedures
Diagnoses customer issues at a foundational level, provide solutions and use a structured thought process to achieve results while balancing customers’ needs with company guidelines.
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Answers phone calls and advise clients accordingly
Responsible for effectively using all available resources to make policy changes, answer policy and billing questions, take payments, and provide requested documentation.
Property and Casualty License required at a 20-44 level or better
Insurance production and account management experience is required
High School Degree or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,145.40 - $40,263.46 per year
